From the very first day we looked at the property David was more than willing to tell us about the house, the land, the area, the locals and everything it had to offer. Due to Covid 19, coming into the housing market proved difficult with restrictions to inspections however David was more than willing to accommodate inspections with us at suitable times abiding by social distancing measures. Our purchase proved to be a character building experience due to things not always going to plan and difficulties communicating with financiers due to Covid 19, this in turn prolonged the period of being able to exchange contracts.
