I've bought and sold many houses and I've never had an agent who has such high professionalism but maintains their own endearingly bubbly, thoughtful personality. I first met Avi when I was at one of her open homes as a buyer and was instantly charmed by her friendly personality, her knowledge in greeting the buyers she knew and her enthusiasm in learning about those she met for the first time. She definitely goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for sellers and buyers alike! I can not recommend are they enough as a real estate agent. RV was very transparent to all parties involved, highly efficient, very organised, hard-working, and sold the property for a premium price. If I ever had a neighbour another property to sell in Coffs Harbour, I would 100% contact Avi.

Too many agents in the past few months. Most forget to give a call back, some avoid questions - and I, as a buyer from a non-local area, needed to have my sons do the hard work for me. David treated them with the respect that they deserved as potential buyers, all-the-while keeping communication open with me. The onerous job of house searching was eliminated with the help of my posse, this house ticked every box. Any questions I had were quickly answered with knowledge of the area and research done when the questions were more specific. David was friendly, knowledgeable and available.
