Too many agents in the past few months. Most forget to give a call back, some avoid questions - and I, as a buyer from a non-local area, needed to have my sons do the hard work for me. David treated them with the respect that they deserved as potential buyers, all-the-while keeping communication open with me. The onerous job of house searching was eliminated with the help of my posse, this house ticked every box.
