I have had business dealings with First National Real Estate in Coffs Harbour for approximately 12 years. First National staff are extremely professional and very well informed. David Small at all times kept me informed about the progress of the sale of the property. He was always open to listening to my opinion, this I think is invaluable. Davids' presentation is very smart and he has a warm personality. Thank you David and First National

U have had three friends sel with Caroline Camobell. My home sold at the second open house for a fantastic price thanks to Caroline's experienced negotiation skills. She is one of the most professional agents I have ever dealt with, this being my ninth property I have sold over the past 30 years, five being in the past 20 years. Her communication throughout the process to get to exchange was welcomed and appreciated. If you are after a competent real estate agent I would highly recommend Caroline Campbell.

The sale of my home was made easy through the professionalism and dedication of Caroline Campbell. Caroline's knowledge of the market and the extensive data base of First National Real Estate was the key to the sale of my home in the first weekend. Caroline is very professional and kept me updated all the way through the sale which was important to me. I highly recommend Caroline to any seller or buyer without hesitation.

David remained committed to selling my property from the very beginning of the process up to exchange of contracts. Nothing was too small (sorry about the pun) or to big for him. He was determined to get a sale at the right price and within a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate his efforts and hard work.
