Went above and beyond

Rachael was excellent from start to finish. She dedicated every weekend to our home, appointments after hours, and was contactable whenever we needed her. Excellent all-round!

We were in the process of buying our first home with Rachael as the agent for the property of interest. She was so good (I would give her 6 stars if I could!) That we recommend her without hesitation to all wanting to sell their house. She was not pushy (despite needing longer at the home open), very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly! When our offer was accepted she called to congratulate us, when our finances were approved she also called to congratulate. She made the whole experience stress free with her excellent communication, and the unexpected but very personal and nice gestures. At settlement a bottle of champagne and box of chocolates was the icing on the cake. You've been amazing so thank you for everything!
