From the onset when my wife and I met Paul Flanagan outlining what we were after Paul was attentive and listened to our requirements (we met with several agents and Paul stood out from the rest). Paul showed us a variety of properties suited to what we were after and tight time restraints over the few days we had in Launceston. One property in particular we requested a last minute second viewing Paul obliged, luckily this was the property we eventually purchased. Paul was very a very easy agent to go through, we could not fault his punctuality, communication or effort, he was always upfront and direct with us.
