It wasn't an easy sell for Paul, by any means. Multiple houses for sale in the surrounding streets, dogged by bad weather and other issues made for difficult selling conditions. But Paul's knowledge of the area and dogged determination and perseverance got the sale over the line. Paul is a bright and personable man who is extremely pleasant to deal with and his trustworthiness must give him a huge advantage over other agents. Other staff at his office that I dealt with were fantastic and Paul gave me a great rate. The photographers he organised were also very efficient and did some great shots. I have bought and sold this house with Paul Flanagan as the agent and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to be your selling agent. Alternatively if you are purchasing a property and Paul is the agent you can be assured of total fairness in the process.

Paul was recommended to us by at least four different parties. Their recommendations were on the basis that he was a straight shooter, clear communicator and just general all around great guy. All was true for Paul and his team. We couldn't recommend Paul enough. Particularly to those who (like us) have had a poor experience with agents in general during the peak periods of 2020-2022. Paul delivered on all that he said he would, well within the timeframes he gave. Even with those timeframes being pretty unreasonable from our end!
