I had the most wonderful experience selling my property with Rae Smith. Initially after receiving some professional advice from Rae it was decided to do some extensive work on the property in order to achieve a premium price and Rae was very proficient at procuring the services of tradesman at short notice. Once the property was ready for market Rae’s team of photographers captured the best possible images of the property including internal and external drone footage. She also formulated a carefully crafted marketing plan and because the property was difficult to establish true market pricing, we adopted an expressions of interest campaign which in hindsight was an extremely prudent decision. Through excellent market feedback I was confident that once I received a cash offer, I knew that I was achieving the best possible price. Throughout the sale period Rae was extremely supportive towards me and also established an excellent relationship with prospective buyers, feeding back to me their opinions of the property. Paul sold this house to me 14 years ago. I’ve thought of selling it many times. Every time I’ve consulted Paul and he provided genuinely honest advice on the best way and time to sell, with or without tenants etc. He never once sounded annoyed or put out by my very slow approach to selling. I ultimately decided I was ready to put the property on the market at the end of 2023. Paul met with my partner and I in Launceston at our convenience as I live in another city. He was immediately lovely to deal with, Paul outlined the whole process and gently made suggestions on things to do to get a good sale. Everything Paul confirmed he would do, he did. He had the property on the market on the day he said it would go up. He gave me the right to review the photos and the listing ‘spiel’ before the listing went live. All photos were great and the wording he’d selected was excellent and articulate. The property sold over December. Paul kept me well informed, no waffle, just super efficient provision of information and support.
