At the time we finally decided to sell, the market had fallen compared to previous years, however Jeremy was very upfront and honest in his appraisal as to where the market was currently at and did not overstate the price range to secure the signing of the exclusive authority. The property did not sell at auction, however Jeremy at no time pressured us into accepting low bids after the auction in order to close the sale.
