Rino is transparent and honest and always available to answer any questions from nervous vendors or interested buyers. He knows his stuff but is also open to be challenged. I don't really have a bad thing to say about Rino (and trust me, I can usually find something to complain about). He's a good guy and someone who naturally knows how to build rapport; which is what you need in this industry. 10/10
