My brother, sister, and myself, were most happy with the performance of David. We found him straightforward and honest in his dealings with us, he gave us confidence that everything that should be done to best market the property was being done. He regularly updated us on where things were at throughout the whole process, and most importantly he didn't give us false hope or sugar coat the situation. He was extremely easy to deal with. And he gave an incredible performance on the day of sale - as we understand his second longest auction.
