My brother, sister, and myself, were most happy with the performance of David. I highly recommend Damien to anyone requiring an agent. He is very credible and works with both the vendor and the purchaser to broker a deal that is fair for both parties. Most agents are just interested in working for the vendors, but Damien will also work with the buyer and does his best to broker a deal. he is deligent and always returns calls, and follows through with his word.

Rob Fletcher and the Fletchers team were informative and extremely hard working during the five week advertising campaign in the lead up to a very well attended auction with many serious bidders. Rob had estimated the value of the property before we listed and the end result was 10k over, not bad for a 6 million dollar property! This was at the top end of our expectations.
