Mark was most excellent and I placed my trust in him and his team. Unfortunately at crunch time an agent unknown to me and unfamiliar with my property was used and this was extremely disappointing . I was working with a team but there was a ring in .. This may or may not have influenced the eventual outcome now I will never know.
