Rob worked with his son, Nick Fletcher. I dealt mostly with Nick so this review is based on more limited interactions than my review on Nick. I found Rob to be a professional, knowledgeable and courteous agent. Like his son, Rob is did not engage in high pressure sales tactics with us.
