Spring is a very knowable and a very experienced agent. Made the process very easy and always gave me confidence she could negotiate a good out come. Works incredibly hard a leaves no stone unturned. Great team with Jeremy. Would use them again.

Through the entire process Fletchers offered excellent service and provided us with both the detail and confidence that we needed. Thanks

Spring was brilliant to work with on the sale of the property. Due to some issues with property itself, it was not the easiest of sales. Nevertheless, Spring was dedicated to get the best result for me which she achieved. She demonstrated a dogged persistence, strong and regular communication, commitment to get the job done regardless of time of day and all with a great attitude and friendly demeanour. I can highly recommend working with Spring on a sale.

Throughout the entire campaign, Jeremy and the Fletchers Team were highly professional. We received ongoing marketing insights, sound advice and lead us through the process to minimize any concerns we had. Jeremy conducted a really strong auction and we are delighted with the outcome. Many thanks to Jeremy and his team.

Our family benefited enormously from Jeremy’s market knowledge and real estate expertise, achieving a great outcome at auction. Just as importantly, we appreciated Jeremy’s good humour, courtesy and intuitive way with people. In my experience it’s rare to find this combination of qualities in an estate agent. We were very grateful to have him working with us.

She’s an agent that never gives up! Hardworking, knowledgeable, persistent and professional. We have sold our house recently with Spring, Jeremy and their team. we are very happy with the process and result. The initial meeting for valuation was fantastic, they are warm and humble, easy to talk to, the whole process is explained in detail. And they have shown us the persistency they have even they are facing our challenges and rejection. That's what made us feel that we are in good hands. Spring and Jeremy were at every open for inspections, despite their busy schedules. They gave us very good and transparent feedbacks. We have passed in on our auction, but they reassured us that they will achieve the right price for us, they are confident and persistent. They will chase buyers for us and make sure to negotiate for a good price. Through their hard work, we have sold our house and really satisfied with the process, we will definitely recommend Spring and Jeremy.

Spring Chen is definitely the best agent that you could select. She is knowledgeable, have lots of ready clients, polite and knows the market really well. From start, the confidence and assurance provided was outstanding. Campaign was not stressful and we were updated at every step of the way. Everything was well planned and executed. Spring guided us in the preparation works needed and worked closely on all marketing aspects. Team Spring/ Stefan are simply the best and we were not wrong.
