Throughout our negotiations Spring was generous in explaining Fletchets’ services, highlighting her ability with all potential purchasers, including Asian buyers who have a high preference for our locale. Spring was readily available via phone whenever I needed to discuss the campaign. I very much appreciated that she didn’t require styling but suggested using our furniture, including leaving some art work and photos to ensure the family atmosphere was retained. Repositioning furniture also proved helpful as was removing non essential furniture. Spring’s pleasant personality immediately put me at ease as it would have any potential buyers. Her advice re pricing the property and arriving at a reserve after some discussion at the auction, with no pressure on her part, was greatly appreciated. We had a clear idea of potential buyers before auction day with settlement terms were known in advance. I would highly recommend Spring as a considerate, warm, skilful and exceptional real estate agent.
