We chose Michael as our agent over larger, more well known agents in our area because ultimately he presented as more hungry and more motivated. Although significantly younger than us, he is very experienced in the industry, reflected by his diligent regular follow up of us, having met us only briefly at an auction many years ago. During our campaign, which was short and stressful, Michael was always level headed and up-front in telling us things that oftentimes we did not want to hear - never backing away from difficult conversations. These conversations were always handled with professionalism, patience and kindness - for which I was particularly grateful.
