Fletchers had a comprehensive market knowledge of the area and made a great effort at widely advertising the property in the local area using on line applications and brochure drops in the local area. In the current depressed market conditions, I believe Fletchers made a very good effort at securing a buyer.

To begin the sale of our family unit appeared to be quite daunting. But after dealing with Dimitri the whole process was clearly laid out with a plan and timetable which eased the worry of it all. He is very professional and gave excellent advice about ways to improve its salability. Finally, he quickly found a client and without the need for auction the unit was sold. An excellent result for everyone.

We found Dimitri to be very approachable and was always very quick to respond to our concerns. He is very knowledgeable in his field and made the process much easier than we had anticipated. He sent us very comprehensive Vendor Reports which kept us well informed of the interest and comments made from attendees at Open Days. He gave 100% to make our sale successful.
