Highly recommend Sardeep who assisted us in our recent home sale. From the very first phone call Sardeep was attentive, informed and nothing was an issue. Our house was placed on the market in record time and before we could blink it was sold. The communication was faultless, and we be sure to use Sardeep in the future!

Dimitri was patient, responsive and helpful. We had a second inspection on a Sunday where he made himself available and organised the inspection with the vendor. Vendor was present the whole time at the final inspection which was inconvenient but it was not Dimitri’s fault.

It was a pleasure dealing with Karen, her friendly & professional manner made the whole buying process that much easier. Any request we made was never too much trouble, and certainly helped us in our ultimate decision making. A first class job !

This was the second time I used Dimitri to sell a residential investment unit for me. In an off market scenario he achieved a price I desired and thus avoided advertising expenses. He acted promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Karen was the perfect agent for my sale. I found that her service went way beyond what I would have expected. Whether it as arranging out of hours inspections, giving advice on marketing and property presentation Karen was always cheerful, well-presented and happy to talk at any time to reassure me. I would heartily recommend her.
