Dimitri was a wonderful agent and sold my investment property easily, efficiently and professionally. He was really communicative and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was always happy to answer all of my questions, as I had not sold a property before - I had only bought them. I appreciated Dimitri’s ethics, as he went out of his way to see if the current tenant could buy the property and helped her to actually do this. He also achieved a price above what we expected. I will definitely be recommending Dimitri (in fact I have already passed on his number to my brother) and will use him again in future, if I ever have another property in the area.
