Daimain was a pleasure to work with - he displayed great knowledge and understanding of the market. He worked diligently and tenaciously to conclude the sale of my property over what proved to be a longer period than all expected. Highly recommended

It truly was a pleasure dealing with Rino. He made the whole experience very pleasant and the added bonus was my house sold in 4 days. Would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Selling of my house happened in very quick succession to purchasing another house that was not planned by any means. Called Daiman at very short notice and he responded virtually immediately and everything seemed to happen very quickly after that from preparing house to taking photos to putting on internet. From initial contact with Daiman my house was on the internet 1.5 weeks later and sold 4 days later at the first open house. Whole process seemed to run like clock work and really managed his end exceptionally well. His team of people were highly professional and knew their job. Would highly recommend him to anybody selling a house and would not hesitate in using him again.

Very helpful agent every step of the way, from the auction to the settlement even arranging time with the vendor for access to the premises to allow for my builders to view the place on multiple occasions... Would highly recommend him!

We could not fault any of the actions taken. We do make a suggestion that we as vendors of this property would wished to be informed in some ways of the numbers etc of each viewing . We understand that this may not be suitable for other vendors

Jeremy is local in the area with great knowledge. He was an excellent communicator who offered sound advice along the way. He and Erin worked extremely well together to ensure a seamless sales campaign.

Highly recommend Jeremy and the Fletchers office for anyone looking to sell their property. From the initial consultation to auction day we were very impressed with the professionalism and market knowledge that ultimately led to an outcome on auction day that exceeded our reserve. During the campaign my wife and I were very happy with the communication with the Fletchers office, we were always kept informed of all developments. Post open for inspections not once did I have to lock an unlocked door or turn off a light that the agent forgot. Furthermore Jeremy's advice was proven to be spot on and never once during the campaign were we asked to lower our price expectations. Jeremy would be my first point of call if I was ever selling in the area again.

The level of professionalism, dedication and knowledge was second to none. Rino goes above and beyond in ways we did not conceive were possible to help out in any situation (personal and professional). I could not recommend an agent higher than Rino, he is an absolute must!

Robert can work independently and he communicate well with his buyer. Informative about what's happening and making the sale process looks easy.

Daiman did a great job of marketing & selling our property alongside Rino. Despite our property being passsed in at auction Daiman was able to negotiate a price immediately after the auction that we were very happy with. Communication throughout the process was fantastic, we felt informed & comfortable throughout the campaign. We really appreciated Damian's honesty and advice. The entire Fletchers team are hardworking professionals that are focussed on getting the best possible result for the vendor. Thanks again, Laura & Oliver.

I have worked closely with Daiman over the past few weeks during the campaign to sell my property. Prior to listing my property with Daiman, he provided me with sound advice on how best to prepare for sale, provided options as to how best promote the property during the advertising campaign and, after listing, headed up a professional team of people who helped me achieve the desired result at the auction of my property. The promotion of my property was conducted in a structured and timely manner and I was kept well informed throughout the whole sales process. The sale price achieved at auction was very pleasing for me as a vendor but I believe the purchaser has paid a fair market price for the property. This is supported by the fact that there were several bidders "on the day" with the highest bid being only very slightly above bids made but other buyers. Daiman's professionalism and assessment of the current market conditions were exceptional and I highly commend him for his outstanding efforts and results. Steven Hunt Balwyn North
