I have spent a lot of time working closely with Rino over the past 6 weeks preceding the March '17 auction of my Balwyn North property. It is clear that Rino has a high degree of experience and knowledge of the local real estate market which is supported by his hard work and professionalism. Rino provided me with advice, guidance and support throughout the whole sales process which resulted in a great outcome for me as a vendor but also the purchasers on my property. I highly recommend Rino's services. Steven Hunt Balwyn North

Mark was our auctioneer on the day, and did a great job of drawing in the crowd by supplying the right info to position the property. The Auction started slow, but after some heart stopping moments started moving in the right direction. Mark had to work pretty hard to keep it going, but the end result was well beyond both our reserve and our expectations. Thanks Mark!

We have known Jeremy fro the last 15 years and during that time he has sold 3 properties for us. We are so glad to have had his professional friendship and advice during this time. Jeremy has always been clear, concise and honest in his appraisal of the market, but most of all we have appreciated his genuine caring and concern to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Also, he and his team are exceptionally well organised. Everything flows smoothly and every last detail is taken care of. The end result is a marketing campaign and sale which are as stress free as they possibly could be. We would highly recommend Jeremy to any prospective clients.

Jeremy conducted himself in a friendly and polite manner at all times and played his role very professionally in achieving a great sale price. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services in addition to the rest of the team at Fletchers.

Rino presented as very personable yet thorough. He showed an understanding of the market which was reflected in the suggestions he made in terms of the way in which my home would be presented. Rino was responsive to questions asked and followed up quickly. His explanations concerning options offered were very clear and alternatives were offered so that I always felt that I was in control of the sales process. He was punctual to opens and was extremely proactive prior to and during my auction.
