I have found over that time he was always willing to provide quality information about the market and what I could expect to realise if we sold at a particular time. Despite talking to other agents, Robin's commitment over time proved his credentials and earned his commissioning as our agent. This illustrates his tenacious nature and imbued us with the confidence that he would work hard for us. Our house is not typical of surrounding properties in our area which made indicating a price point difficult. Robin suggested the market should decide, which was a little like going blindly into something, but we had the faith in our selection of agent and agency. We also had our own ideas! Robin's team was excellent in all aspects of our campaign and made the transition of getting the house ready for market much easier than we expected. Everything was taken care of and the only thing we had to do was to prepare for each open. We sold WITHIN the campaign period for what we were expecting and could not be happier with our choices. "Everything sells at a price" or so the old adage goes. Robin Waterbury really understood and represented us in this competitive market, he fought very hard to bring the best price to the table rather than trying for a quick sale.
