Robin is a straight forward no nonsense agent, he and his team offered great advise fully understanding my position and got a great result in the time frame specified. I would highly recommend Robin and his team to execute any and all of your real estate needs. AAA rating

From the outset, Jeremy was professional and transparent, and kept in regular contact. We were very pleased with the marketing of our house by Fletchers, and similarly the steadily increasing buyer interest and ultimately the sale price achieved on auction day. Well done team Fletchers Balwyn. A potentially stressful process made seamless. We would highly recommend.

Robin and I have had an association over a number of years, initially when he was with another company. I have found over that time he was always willing to provide quality information about the market and what I could expect to realise if we sold at a particular time. Despite talking to other agents, Robin's commitment over time proved his credentials and earned his commissioning as our agent. This illustrates his tenacious nature and imbued us with the confidence that he would work hard for us. Our house is not typical of surrounding properties in our area which made indicating a price point difficult. Robin suggested the market should decide, which was a little like going blindly into something, but we had the faith in our selection of agent and agency. We also had our own ideas! Robin's team was excellent in all aspects of our campaign and made the transition of getting the house ready for market much easier than we expected. Everything was taken care of and the only thing we had to do was to prepare for each open. We sold WITHIN the campaign period for what we were expecting and could not be happier with our choices. "Everything sells at a price" or so the old adage goes. Robin Waterbury really understood and represented us in this competitive market, he fought very hard to bring the best price to the table rather than trying for a quick sale. If you are looking for the best agent around you can't go past Robin Waterbury.

Having dealt with numerous Real estate Agents in the past, it was refreshing to work with Mark. He is extremely knowledgeable and realistic in his approach. With constant (but not over the top) communication you know exactly how your campaign is going and how your potential buyers are situated. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough and will now only deal with him and his team in the future. Thanks again for everything you did!!!!!!

My experience with Jeremy and his team has been nothing but positive. A professional, knowledgeable and personable team. Always accessible and forthcoming with advice and wise counselling on various aspects leading up to listing of the property and managing the marketing process through to auction day. On auction day, Jeremy dealt with the potential buyers in a friendly, considerate and professional manner which resulted in a successful experience for purchaser and vendor. Nothing but thanks to Jeremy and team and, consequently, a strong endorsement from us. Paul and Carolyn
