Another Great Experience
This is my third time utilising Nathan as an agent (once to purchase, and twice to sell). I would certainly recommend Nathan and use him again. In this instance he sold my apartment in Edge Hill. The thing about Nathan is he works really hard for your interests, but in a transparent and honest manner. This was a particularly difficult sale - I admit I was a 'difficult' vendor, as my position required a certain sale price, that did not necessarily mean market price. We had a tenant to deal with and some maintenance issues. Nathan was not judgemental and did not give up - and somehow (still not sure how) got me an offer that solved all of my problems. He also took care of dealing with the tenant, rental agent and maintenance issues. What a legend. 10/10 experience.

My wife and I have been to countless inspections with Nathan & Jenna. They understand that you need to connect that one buyer to the right property to execute a sale. On many occasions that buyer was not us. They have spent a significant degree of time and energy on us, always making us comfortable and never grew tired of showing us around as we searched for our dream home. Nathan was able to arrange a private inspection in a timely manner on a property he was confident we would be interested in. The property was perfect There were some maintenance issues with the property. Nathan was able to use his extensive contacts and organise access to the property promptly to have these issues considered properly with qualified personnel. With all the pieces of the puzzle in place and our doubts allayed we were able to confidently make an offer.... and with Nathans guidance within days we were able to exchange contracts. With the contract signed you would figure Nathans job was done. This is when Nathan really got cracking. Nathan continued to repeat the pattern of reassuring us with the right information from the right people in a timely manner when further issues were identified in the building and pest. Any time of day, any day of the week Nathan is ready to answer questions and if he can’t answer the question he will make it his business to get the person for you who can. I found Nathan so helpful that I would even call him about matters unrelated to that specific property sale. Buying your dream home is exciting, but it can also be stressful. Nathan became my sounding board and gave guidance and advice on all matters as we reconfigured our other assets and finances. Its easy to see why Nathan and Jenna are the number one agents in the area. They know their clients and they know how to keep the sales process running smoothly from start all the way to finish. Outstanding!
Nathan took us by surprise with presenting us with two prospective buyers within days of each other and we hadn't yet begun our marketing campaign! A few days later a contract was presented with our asking price and the process of selling was handled with sincere, efficient professionalism by Nathan. There was no doubt in our minds that we had chosen the right agent, Nathans extensive knowledge of the Bluewater Estate and his vast network of clients gives him the leading edge. Best Choice in the Northern Beaches
Nathan & Jenna are consumate proffesionals, and never ceased the hard work to get a sale. Always happy & upbeat, and a pleasure to work with. Although we didnt get the price we wanted, it wasnt down to Nathan & Jenna, just market conditions were against us.

Super efficient!!
While we were on the hunt for a home we first met with Jenna who was quite delightful, most helpful and very obliging. During our search Jenna had to go interstate which is when Nathan looked after us. We found them to be very efficacious and professional in their dealings. They understood our situation at the time and the restricting timeframe we had to work with. Nathan provided quick alternative solutions which he discussed with the vendors and within a matter of few short weeks we were able to clinch the deal and move into our new home. I love the way they make us feel so special by placing a huge bow on the door and provide us with a chilled bottle of Mumm bubbly...a perfect deal maker!! Great agents who work hard to meet their clients needs and great to work with... Thank you Jenna and Nathan :)))

Wouldn’t use anyone else
I met Jenna with my first purchase just over 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the service, her attitude and work ethic that I asked her to sell a property for me. It was a particularly difficult sale as it was a niche market property but she got it together wonderfully in the end. Anyone else might have put it in the “too hard” basket. Her positive attitude resulted in a good result. I have another house to sell shortly. I also wish to purchase another apartment. I wouldn’t consider any other agent. Why chance another when I know I already am using the best!
