We recently purchased our first investment property from Jenna Shingles - it was a fantastic buying experience. Firstly, she's an excellent communicator. She really listens to you, what you're after and what you're trying to achieve. She is 100% honest. At every step of the way, she was up front about everything we needed to know. Jenna is also very responsive. When you have any questions or concerns, you won't be waiting days for a response. Even on the weekends, she got back to us within an hour via email or phone call. She also goes out of her way to make things easy for you. Im a mother with two small children. One day the kids were sick and I couldn't get out to sign some paperwork. Jenna made everything easy by bringing the paper work to me. She also really knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were buying in. She was able to provide a rental assessment for us and give us quality information about how we might best present our investment to the rental market.
