I engaged Jane and James to sell my property. Having worked with them once before to buy this property, they were the obvious choice. Both amazing at their knowledge of the market, their craft and their willingness to flex with client needs. Jane handled the majority of the sale but called James in at perfect times so it always felt like we were in partnership, having a dialogue with each other, rather than them telling me what to do! There are a few key qualities that really stand out to me about Jane (I'm focusing on Jane as for this property, most of my dealings were with Jane, I've also submitted a testimonial for James when I bought this property too). Jane's no bs approach was fantastic, she tells it like it is and she always followed through. She is reliable, honest, caring and kind. We went into lockdown (C19) during the period of my sale and I put everything on hold. Jane stayed connected with me, talking me through options and I felt metaphorically held by her. She added really amazing touches like advising me on my decor, offering her contacts to help me and did what she said she was going to do. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jane.
