I found Jane to be very professional and efficient in answering all of our queries regarding the purchase of the house in a prompt manner. We didn't go into negotiating the price as the sale was through auction but I sense she will be a tough negotiator for the vendor, someone with a no-nonsense style but not without a personal touch and willingness to help the buyer be as informed as possible. Somehow I find it lovely to see Jane and James, mother and son, work together. They seem to compliment each other well. We will hopefully not be thinking of selling in a long time after finding our dream home but if we do, we will truly consider you guys.
