My partner and I recently purchased in Kariong and I have to commend Mark on his service, absolutely second to none. Mark was always very approachable, explained the nuisances of the property market and details of the contracts effectively so that we had no doubts about anything. Mark's after sales service is fantastic, he seamlessly conveyed messages and questions from the Vendor and the Purchasers (Us) and has always been just a phone call or a message away, when our solicitor fell through he was quick to suggest a gentleman he has worked with previously and that bloke has now become our solicitor. We can't recommend Mark highly enough, he'll look after you.

From the very first house inspection we had with Ross and his team at George brand we knew they were different to the other agents we saw showing open homes. They had signs and banners outside the home being sold, more than 1 person at each property viewing to allow multiple discussions and simply had better properties on display - I wish I could have bought them all. We saw several open homes from George Brand before being successful with 31 Garafalo Rd and we highly recommend any George Brand open home over any others that are on display - You will not be disappointed. Nice house happy with house but i believe that i should of been advised of no clothes line, no blinds and curtains, i believe i paid to much for house considering sales in area , however that is also my own fault for not doing my own research
