Mark was incredibly patient and readily answered all my questions about the property and the purchasing procedure. He allowed me to have a second private inspection, two building/pest inspections, and he personally organised for a plumber to visit and advise me on work required to the property, all so that I was comfortable and confident purchasing the property. Ross McLarty, also from George Brand Real Estate Kariong, personally ran around to the house to mop the floors for me before I picked up the keys so that I would be happy walking in the door to my new home! All the negotiations were fair and without undue pressure. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mark Kelly and his team at George Brand Real Estate Kariong, and would definitely use them again in the future.
