I found Ross to be very approachable, knowledgable, understanding and supportive during all of the stages when I purchased my property. During the negotiating stage Ross was understanding and supportive to me and my position. Mark was incredibly patient and readily answered all my questions about the property and the purchasing procedure. He allowed me to have a second private inspection, two building/pest inspections, and he personally organised for a plumber to visit and advise me on work required to the property, all so that I was comfortable and confident purchasing the property. Ross McLarty, also from George Brand Real Estate Kariong, personally ran around to the house to mop the floors for me before I picked up the keys so that I would be happy walking in the door to my new home! All the negotiations were fair and without undue pressure. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Mark Kelly and his team at George Brand Real Estate Kariong, and would definitely use them again in the future.
