So when we decided to sell our bush property we invited a number of Real Estate Agents in for an appraisal and for us to decide who we could best work with. By far the most obvious choice for us was Mark Kelly. His first remarks on approaching our home was that it was refreshing to appraise a home that was not like other homes. Other agents had indicated that our 'unique' property would be an impediment for selling. Marks ability to listen to us and understand how we wanted to proceed built trust and gave us confidence that he was working with us without the need for aggressive salesmanship. Mark was always available to us, his communication after each open house was timely and comprehensive. His approach to feedback as with every aspect of his character was honest and sensitive. Mark took us with him on this sales journey and we can honestly say that his attitude, demeanour, calm intelligence and professionalism made for a surprisingly calm experience with a result we couldn't be happier about. Great result from Ross and George Brand in a market starting to slow down a bit we got an excellent price beyond expectations. Nice house happy with house but i believe that i should of been advised of no clothes line, no blinds and curtains, i believe i paid to much for house considering sales in area , however that is also my own fault for not doing my own research

Mark was always extremely polite, professional & patient!! I had a short period of time to get my house tidied & ready for sale along with quite a few other major life changes happening all at once.
