I'm a very wary person who is sceptical of the value of Real Estate Agents in general. After many, many conversations with recent buyers and vendors, other local agents and local residents I found Ivan to be the most switched on salesman I'd come across. Not only did he understand the immediate vicinity our house was in intimately, he understood the current market thoroughly as well. He was also able to inform me of the features and benefits of our families home that I hadn't even thought of. Credit should also go to the team around him as they were very professional, and no fuss to deal with, and made him look better. I'd definitely use Ivan and his team again and am please to be able to recommend him highly. Thanks Ivan.
