This was our first time buying a house and we were a little nervous and unsure, but Preston was quite helpful and cleared many of our concerns, and we enjoyed working with him, he's a nice guy and he worked hard trying to get a deal across the line. There were a couple of times I had to chase him up for some informations, but I guess it's a super hot market right now so he was probably swamped with work. Not a big issue.
