Joel is super approachable, professional and was very easy to work with on the sale of our house. Joel was able get our house listed and sold in a very timely manner. He kept regular and transparent communication between both us as the vendors and any potential purchasers. Joel provided helpful feedback after each open home and was very proactive in his communication. Joel worked outside of regular hours to seal the deal and our property was sold prior to auction.
