I purchased the modest home on 5 acres at No. 5 Sagars Road, Dural in 1973 for a residence and to accommodate my horse and dog. I lived in it until the late seventies before being transferred to the country through my career. Initially I intended returning to the city in furtherance of my career, however recently I decided that I would remain in retirement at my farm near Lismore, hence I decided to sell that investment. To facilitate that sale, I canvassed several Real Estate Agents in the Hills District and decided that the best offer to market my property was with Guardian Real Estate, Dural. I contacted Mr. Joel GREEN and engaged him as my agent. Joel was not known to me prior to this, but in my assessment he did a very good job and attained the price I was seeking in a matter of days. He assisted me with a somewhat difficult buyer who caused some minor problems in relation to a settlement agreement. If I ever required the services of a Real Estate Agent in Sydney, I wouldn't hesitate in engaging Joel again.

We had a few agents speak to us about selling our house but we decided to go with Joel and the team at Guardian Dural, and I am so glad we did. We have sold and purchased through Joel before which is why we decided to go with him in the end as we just could not go past his professionalism. From the start Joel advised us to go to Auction and we followed that process through to the end. In a market which is come back from the highs a few months ago we were concerned about the market and what we might get. Joel kept reassuring us all the way through that the auction process was the right thing to do for our situation and he never wavered. Joel was confident in his advice and what he told us all the way through came to fruition. He is an agent you can trust and the younger team who helped him were professional, well mannered and respectful - I cannot speak highly enough of them all. I know people have bad experiences with some agents but Guardian are someone you can trust with your largest asset - you don't want to sell with just anyone who treats it like just another sale. We never felt that Joel was pushing us to sell, he was the calm one throughout the process. We got a great result and I can highly recommend Joel and the team.
