We have recently sold our house and Josh and Gavin made it such a positive experience. Josh is so professional, driven, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His communication is excellent and regularly updates you. After making contact with Josh a couple of years ago he has been checking in with us regularly to check if there was anything he could help us with. When we made the decision to sell there was no question to get any other agent than Josh. He is an amazing young man. We couldn’t be happier, we got an excellent result thanks to Josh and Gavin.

Guardian Realty
We purchased a home through Guardian Realty, and through their outstanding interpersonal skills, combined with their knowledge of the real estate market in our area, we decided to also sell our home through Guardian Realty. Kristian and Joel were excellent in their communication and made the buying and selling process as comfortable as possible. The team were always on hand to answer any questions and provide support. Regular updates also assisted with decision making. Guidance around building and pest inspections, contractors and an amazing auctioneer were also provided. I would not hesitate to use Guardian in the future if required. Joel and Kristian led an excellent team who achieved the best possible outcomes for us in purchasing and selling our homes.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Joel Green is the BEST!!! He RESCUED ME from a previous agent that I had foolishly appointed to sell my house. The Previous agent had done a lot of damage to the reputation of my house due to lack of knowledge of the area and prices and Joel had to go straight into damage control to fix the situation. Joel did the VERY BEST he could under the circumstances and got a reasonable price for me. He was very knowledgeable of the area and has been in real estate for a long time so he knew what he was doing. I blame myself as I honestly should had engaged the services of Guardian in the first place.
