Ben Jobberns and his team at Guardian were asked to sell my property about 18 months ago. Ben suggested taking it to auction, however after extensive marketing did not reach asking price. I took it off the market and rented it out through the professional team at Guardian. Their communication and administration was exemplary. Recently I decided to have another go at selling it by private treaty. Ben re-contacted the original interested parties and had it sold within a week for a great price. This property was probably one of the more difficult sales for Ben, however he remained positive and integral to the very end. He is dedicated, a great communicator, tenacious, and extremely good at negotiating. Ben understands sowing for the long term benefit. I couldn't speak more highly of Ben Jobberns, and am extremely pleased with the result. His commission was not an evident priority for him, but when it finally arrives, it will be extremely well deserved. Thanks Ben.

Ben went above and beyond finding us the perfect property to purchase after more 6 months of searching and attending open homes. He was always on the lookout to show us properties "not yet on the market" which resulted in us finally finding our dream home. Ben also worked tirelessly selling our our home to purchase the new one, often working late into the evening running back and forth between us and the vendor to renegotiate the price and get contracts signed etc. We would highly recommend him as he has excellent knowledge of the local area market place and we feel he was an honest trustworthy agent who didn't tell us "whatever we wanted to hear to get the deal".

Stephen was thorough, informative and confident throughout the Auction campaign. His communication with us was exceptional and we were always kept up to date with feedback from perspective buyers. Stephen worked very hard to keep all the potential buyers engaged in our property to which he recommended bringing the auction forward a week due to the high level of interest. We trusted Stephen with this decision and it paid off on auction day. On auction day we had 33 registered bidders, a crowd of over 200 people and achieved a result $210k above our "optimistic" reserve.
