Guardian Realty were very professional and ensured we understood the process for the sale of our property before signing any agency agreements. Once our property was listed, and then again post sale, we were guided through each step of the way and were followed up with helpful brochures on what to expect during the sale process and also a guide on moving house. I would definitely recommend Stephen Giacomelli and the team at Guardian Realty to anyone looking for a professional and competent real estate team. From our first meeting we felt confident that Stephen was the right person for our listing. He provided a detailed marketing and information package outlining the benefits of listing with Guardian and also offered a competitive fee structure. Once we signed-up, Guardian took control of the administration, marketing and open homes. Everything ran seamlessly with Stephen keeping us informed at each point in the process. Uncertainty in the property market leading into December reduced the number of interested buyers but Stephen and the team worked hard to explore their network and retained interest from potential buyers. Stephen remained calm and persisted to get a deal done despite high stress from us and some challenges with the buyer finalising the purchase. Other agents may have let things go when things got tough but thanks to the patience and persistence from Stephen and the Guardian Realty team we finalised a sale that met our expectations. When we decided to sell our home in Galston we made a very deliberate choice in selecting Guardian Realty.
