He gave a very honest appraisal of the property's value and set about marketing it accordingly. We had a very good experience with Brad and his team. Brad provided a helpful advice along the way and closed a deal in less than two weeks from going on the market. The price was slightly below the initial appraisal which was close enough for us to decide to sell, as timing was more important for us.
