We asked Sam to help sell our house on a Monday at lunchtime. She agreed to meet us that evening, had house photos taken on Wednesday, an online listing published on Thursday, 2 home opens on Saturday/Sunday and the house was sold at a price above our asking price by Sunday night. Not bad for a week's work! Would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell. She made the whole process super easy and talked us through the mountain of paperwork. :)

Called The Lovell’s as I knew they were experts in the Beldon area and was impressed from the very first meeting. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything I was looking for. Advised me he thought we could achieve a price which was higher than my expectations and suggested I didn’t need to spend further money on the property to achieve a good result, as had been my intention, so I confidently left the marketing strategy to him. He contacted his buyer data base about the property coming to market soon, created a lot of interest prior to launching the sale and we had 21 people through the first home open. Chris spent the next few days dealing with interested parties resulting in 3 offers, all of them above my initial expectations and the accepted offer, which I couldn’t sign quick enough, went through quickly and smoothly.
