Being located on the East coast of Australia and selling my home in Perth , Paul was available throughout the different time zones . It was easy to communicate and sell with Paul & Hayley. They use electronic forms which is simple for me to use on a mobile or Ipad . I am away from home alot and was able to complete the forms then action my partner to do the same and Return the completed for to Paul all within a matter of minutes. Paul makes the process fun and efficent. This is the second house sale with Paul & Hayley ! Excellent outcome too

Julie is so lovely, professional and caring. She puts everything into making sure the whole process is simple and as stress free as possible! Julie went out of her way to help me, as a single mum selling her house, I was very nervous but Julie sorted everything for me and was always on the end of the phone if I needed her. Montana was amazing from start to finish! Her knowledge of the market was spot on. Communication was fantastic, I knew what was happening at all times and was constantly receiving updates. After hearing that we were looking to upgrade our home and not having any luck finding the right place, Brad contacted us with an off-market opportunity. He arranged an exclusive viewing, and then helped us to negotiate the purchase with the sellers. He took the stress out of the purchase and went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process, and were comfortable with the negotiation. We then listed our own home with Brad. From the outset he was clear with us about the type of campaign he wanted to run, and kept us informed throughout the marketing process. His excellent communication skills, along with his industry knowledge, honesty and integrity made the entire process a pleasure. Throughout the process Brad worked extremely hard for us to ensure we got the best price possible for our home, and really did go above and beyond on several occasions. Brad's communication, honesty and integrity is outstanding - as is his knowledge of the local market. I can't recommend Brad highly enough.

We are so pleased with the outcome, and so glad we trusted James with the sale of our house. James is a genuine and very likeable person, who made a stressful situation bearable. James is really on the pulse with his knowledge of local sales, and was confident his appraisal - which was considerably more than we thought we would get. We did indeed surpass this appraisal and got an incredible end result. As well as helping us with the sale of our house, James is has also been helping us as buyers find our next place, and was happy to go above and beyond in this aspect too - which is incredible as this is technically not his job. We will definitely call James again in the future when we sell other properties, and could not recommend him highly enough. Absolutely 5*

Chris and Jai Lovell were very professional. They came into our home and gave us sound advice on what we should do to get the best possible price.
