We had also missed out on offering for a new property as we had not sold the old. Chris gave us positive tips on presenting the house for sale and also offered a reduced price for his services. In the end, we did sell fairly quickly even though we had to accept a much lower price than we were initially hoping for. We realise that the market had fallen heaps and that was the reason.
