Brad's advantage over other realtors is that his presentation, confidence and honesty. Although others may be available to message and be in contact 24/7 I respect that Brad has a life outside of work and this generally was not an issue for me. I would like to say that Brad was recommended to me by a trusted friend. He was spot on with his market analysis & his price prediction was identical to what we received. He took his analysis to a micro level which really showed he new what he was talking about. Even though we wavered at times he patiently worked through the plan that he had laid out. We stuck to it & achieved the desired results. Our property was tenanted which added another layer of complexity.
