My experience in selling my home with the Hardingham team has been fantastic, I highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell their property. I was very well supported and consulted along the journey and never felt alone in the process. There were no surprises, Brad and Kate did a lot of work behind the scenes to make everything worked seamlessly taking the pressure off. I really appreciated their straight forward, honest and flexible approach, the property sale was launched when COVID-19 restrictions were initiated however the property was able to be shown to prospective buyers both online and in person not impacting the process. Brad is a professional with a great depth of knowledge in the market, strong communication skills and very balanced in his approach. He is able to connect people ensuring all tasks are completed allowing the process run to run smoothly. Communication and negotiation is a strong point; during the sales process I was kept up to date with each inspection and contact was maintained through the process to settlement ensuring any issues were dealt with and after settlement to make sure I was happy. I have brought and sold a number of properties in WA and other States however this was by far the best experience I have had and couldn’t recommend the Hardingham team more highly.
