Sean and Jenny have poor sales techniques and knowledge. At home opens they don’t greet or engage with potential buyers. They both displayed bad body language, are not punctual and would position themselves where potential buyers felt uncomfortable to approach them - due to their lack of interest. Sean would also walk around yawning. Both are very unprofessional and once they have signed a deal, are difficult to contact as they prefer to move onto their next job.

Don't get me wrong, Kate is very friendly, upfront and responsive in terms of communications. She addressed the issues about the properties with the seller quite efficiently. Brad, on the other hand, is a bit overwhelming in terms of price negociation. But at the end, we had a good experience from Kate and Brad, and the process is largely painless.
