Highly professional. Nothng was ever too much trouble. Well versed across the entire property spectrum, not just your "local agent" . Arranged styling / staging and managed the entire sale process with excellent communication as we lived in a different state. A very successful sale in difficult times in early Covid lockdown. Successfully negotiated with several buyers to ensure the best outcome for us, the vendors. Initially referred by a friend who had also had much success with "Sold by Sven". Sven and Michelle created a frictionless, full client experience that took care of everthing. Now my absolute go-to for advice on our other properties.
