Pleasantly surprised dealing with josh and brad. The market isnt geared toward buyers and most agents we have met at opens didn’t seem to care all that much about the buyer experience but these guys were great. I recommend seeing how an agent treats you as a perspective buyer and then choose your agent to sell your property. Couldn’t fault these guys. They really did make is smooth and a simple as buying can be. Highly recommend both brad and josh.

Chris, Jai and the Realmark team did a fantastic job facilitating the recent sale of my 4x2 house in Darch. Their exceptional knowledge of the market and local area, twinned with their professional approach made the entire sale process simple, easy to manage and almost stress free (which is unusual for an inherently stressful endeavour such as the sale of a home!). Even prior to the house going onto the market, there was interest due to Chris and Jai's large existing network of home-seekers. This, along with the excellent aesthetic suggestions made by Jai meant that both home opens were very well attended and the sale was made within a week of going live on the market.
