Coastal Realmark Directors were readily contactable and actioned as and when I found it necessary, provided timely settlement and move on the day followed the joint plan. The street Sold Sign was removed the day after I moved in. I am very happy with the purchase, settlement process and transition to my new home in Watermans Bay.
