Chris turned around my offer with the seller much faster then any other agent i'd put offers through. There's nothing worse then waiting weeks for feedback. Jai and Kaci worked well between ourselves and the seller. They gave us access to the property so we could complete a detailed measure and completed the inspections and defect rectification in time for us to complete a week earlier then planned. Brad was the real estate agent on a subsale. To purchase this house, we sold our previous house with Brad as the listing agent simultaneously. Over the Christmas period, this was an interesting and challenging time to execute multiple transactions in a very compressed timeframe. Brad is very thorough and organised in presenting and executing his strategy, which I presumed comes from his background in sports performance. This background is quite helpful in real estate also. His logical approach would suit those who are interested in the 'why' behind a number. Additionally; he is honest and genuine. He was excellent at managing the various bits of all sides of this transaction, with three different parties involved. As others have mentioned, he is also a nice person who is lovely to talk to. I do want to add that he was kind to check in on our wellbeing through this period which is a kind and rare trait (not at all required from his job; but just indicative of his personality). We would not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling a property.
