Richard recently sold our West Perth apartment. We began the process by googling the 3 best agents in the area. We then spoke with all 3 agents and Richard stood out. His knowledge of the area and his intentions on how to sell the apartment made our choice easy. We also had interactions with his team who were very approachable and efficient and overall a great team. We sold within the first week and very happy with the whole experience and outcome.

I engaged Richard to tell a relative's apartment as their Administrator to fund their aged care costs. Richard was recommended the building manager and owner occupier Peter. I could also see that Richard's name was on multiple properties in the same building and West Perth in general. He visited the property promptly, have cost-effective advice (other companies insisted on staging for $5-10,000) whereas Richard recommended removing all furniture ($600) and managed to get a record price for a studio apartment in the building. Also, Richard refunded the unused portion of the advertising fees. Everything was included or he arranged/recommended a specific tradesman all for reasonable fees.
