Excellent local knowledge and excellent communicator

Recently my sister and I had to prepare our Mum’s unit for sale after her passing. We were so blessed to have had Vanessa Naso as our real estate agent. Vanessa’s local knowledge is excellent and she kept us up to date with local sales so we had a good idea what local properties were achieving. Communications were always easy with Vanessa. A What’sApp group was set up. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. When Vanessa suggested we paint the unit and engage a staging person, we did. Even though it was a bit expensive at the time, it was worth it in the end with a very successful sale after only a few home opens. It was the right thing to do. Vanessa displayed strong negotation skills and was careful to follow up each person who displayed an interest. There were regular phonecalls to give latest developments. I can highly recommend Vanessa Naso to be your real estate agent.
