Great Communication throughout sale process.

Absolutely wonderful fantastic experience from day 1 with great communication and assistance.

As a buyer from interstate and not knowing Fremantle well, Ms Kirra Green was brilliant with communicating to us about the property location, valuation with respect to market knowledge and negotiating with the vendor on our behalf. We admired and respected her communication skills liaising between us and the seller in a timely fashion. Her professionalism was unmatched in providing us with all the information we wanted in a timely manner and arranging house inspection appointments, building and pest inspections by professionals. She and her team were very accommodating in all aspects including nominating local conveyancers that we are now using and making the whole journey a less stressful one. She was not pushy or forceful and we respected her professionalism. She handles her clients respectfully and honestly. I recommend Ms Kirra Green and her team highly as respectful experienced, very professional real estate agents with brilliant negotiating skills and an excellent communicator. They displayed very good rapport with clients. Absolutely a big thumbs up from Melbourne, Victoria.

Engaged and strategic professional

Vanessa demonstrated a strong strategic approach to listing our home on the market, which is what convinced us to proceed with her. She made sure to keep contact with us and buyers in a personal manner, by making phone calls and building relationships. It was clear that she had strong market insight for the Como/South Perth area by monitoring market trends, reviewing home open performance and keeping in touch with the local network. Overall her ethic and approach to real estate sales is very good. Faced with a turn in the market, we did fall below our appraisal. I do acknowledge that other agent’s appraisals were similar, and a host of macroeconomic challenges combined with the tenancy status and location of our property made it a tough sell. I think Vanessa genuinely did strive to get us the best result here, and the result we achieved was just good enough to get us over the line. This is reflected in our score.
