Very easy to deal with, always available to communicate, great market knowledge.

Our sale and purchase was in a long chain of sales and we definitely had some curve balls thrown in to the process. Michael had to deal with a number of stakeholders and dealt with all parties professionally and positively to move things forward. He was always available to communicate and talk through anything. He has great knowledge of the local market and is very easy to deal with through what can be a stressful experience!

Michael did an outstanding job! He took care of everything and took care of us.

Michael stood out from the crowd from the start. He was the only agent who came to us wanting to talk about his market strategy for our home, rather than simply telling us how great he was because of his previous sales. He didn’t just know the local market well, he could already see that the broader market was changing. He helped us stay calm and stay the course. Quick to respond to our questions and provide advice when needed. We ended up getting a good price at just the right time, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Professional and patient agent with prompt response

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism throughout the entire process. Communication was consistently prompt, clear and professional, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. What really stood out was the genuine level of professionalism and responsiveness. Unfortunately, these qualities can sometimes be lacking in the real estate industry, so it was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely understands the importance of communication, follow-through and providing a great experience for their clients. Excellent service from start to finish.

Great Experience

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Shane and his team at Haiven. Having bought with other agencies before, it's very clear to see how high standard their work is. The speed of everything was incredible. From signing the offer to final settlement, the turnaround time was so fast, but it never felt chaotic. His professionalism is top-tier and I am so grateful for how easy and stress-free the team made what is usually a super overwhelming process.
