We cannot say enough about Nick's professionalism and attention to detail. He was completely thorough in explaining every level of the sale process. Nick typically responded to texts and emails within the hour. He was very efficient with sending us updates on viewings and he did seem to go above and beyond. We sold in a tough time in an area with lots of major construction but Nick never let up in his determination to work for us and get the sale done. Steve was outstanding in helping me purchase my new home. He went beyond his job in order to help me in a very stressful time. I had only a few weeks left to find somewhere to live or my daughter and I were going to be homeless. I had a limited financial position and my settlement of my property in Bullsbrook needed to coincide. Steve not only made this all happen but also managed to get us in early. I have just successfully sold my investment property with Kirrily's and I have been very impressed with her commitment to help in any way that's needed. Kirrily gave me useful and discerning advice on how to stage the house, clarifying some grey areas such as new wardrobe needed or not. Kirrily is very personable, relates very well to the seller and buyer alike (she spoke of the buyer in caring manner). With the O&A, Kirrily made sure all parties involved were on board fully and dealt with additional complications efficiently and promptly. She even sold some of the staging furniture to the buyer, conducted the final inspection and handover with ease.
