This is now the second time we sell a property with Craegh Ferdinands. His communication skills are of a very high standard and his follow up is just immaculate. At all times were we kept informed on home-opens and we’re informed of the result immediately after each home-open. What we found very important was that he obtained te predicted sale price in each home and within a great time span. We can’t recommend Craegh high enough. Kirrily provided all the necessary details and answered all the questions we had. She was knowledgeable, patient and straight forward without the sugar coating or ever being pushy about the sale. Settlement process was even easier as Kirrily and team were really thorough with the inspection, down to the sprinkler head, making sure everything was perfect before proceeding to settlement. All in all we had a great experience with Kirrily and it was such a painless process and even the after service was great. Highly recommended if anyone’s looking to sell!
