Excellent Team

Fantastic agency with lovely staff!
I have been renting with Force Real Estate and have found my property manager Rebecca to be so kind, thorough, friendly yet very professional. Each rent inspection is given in adequate notice, and done with communication, rather than being left wondering when will someone arrive. Rebecca does her job with integrity and a high level of professionalism. I am fortunate to have had an agency who has great core business values as well as lovely staff and exceptional property manager such as Rebecca. Everyone on reception is always happy on the phone and very helpful also. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Service
Claire has been our a property manager for only a short time but in that time she has been extremely helpful. Claire found us a tenant within only a week. Her communication is outstanding, I cannot recommend Claire and Force Real Estate enough.

I have had property with Force Realty for years and have never had a problem. They are very thorough and professional, and I am kept fully informed about my property. The inspections are very good and the visual reports are reassuring. When a vacancy has arisen they have filled the void in next to no time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Force Real Estate Property Management
The team at Force are excellent and are always friendly and helpful. Their inspection process is very detailed and the inspection team always has suggested changes, improvement or issues detailed in each report along with photos of the property. They have an experienced team along with a backup of trades to assist with any repairs. I have no issues recommending them to anyone looking for a quality property management team.
